About the Journal

Noor: Journal of Islamic Studies is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal that serves as a platform for the dissemination of high-quality research in the field of Islamic studies. The word “Noor”, meaning “light” in Arabic, symbolizes the enlightenment brought by knowledge and divine guidance.The journal welcomes contributions from scholars, researchers, and practitioners across various disciplines within Islamic studies, including but not limited to Qur’anic studies, Hadith, Islamic law (Shariah), theology (Aqidah), Sufism, Islamic philosophy, Islamic education, Islamic history and civilization, and contemporary issues related to Islam and Muslim societies.Noor: Journal of Islamic Studies publishes 2 (two) issues a year in June And December, however articles that have been declared accepted will be queued in the In-Press issue before published in the determined time.
