Publication Ethics

Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. This statement outlines the ethical responsibilities of authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher involved in the publication process.

This journal adheres to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).


Duties of Authors

Authors are expected to:

  • Submit original manuscripts that have not been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.

  • Properly acknowledge and cite all sources, references, and contributions used in the manuscript.

  • Ensure that all listed authors have made significant contributions to the research and have approved the final manuscript.

  • Avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and redundant or duplicate publication.

  • Clearly disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may influence the research or its interpretation.

  • Ensure that research involving human subjects complies with ethical standards and applicable regulations.


Duties of Editors

Editors are responsible for:

  • Making publication decisions based on the manuscript’s academic merit, originality, clarity, relevance, and alignment with the journal’s focus and scope.

  • Evaluating manuscripts fairly without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, institutional affiliation, or political beliefs.

  • Maintaining confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and related information.

  • Preventing conflicts of interest and avoiding the use of unpublished materials for personal research.

  • Taking appropriate actions in cases of suspected ethical misconduct, including plagiarism, data manipulation, or unethical research practices.


Duties of Reviewers

Reviewers are expected to:

  • Conduct peer review objectively, constructively, and within the agreed timeframe.

  • Treat all manuscripts as confidential documents.

  • Provide clear, reasoned, and scholarly feedback to help improve manuscript quality.

  • Identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.

  • Declare any conflicts of interest and decline review if such conflicts exist.


Publisher’s Responsibilities

The publisher is committed to:

  • Supporting editorial independence and ethical decision-making.

  • Ensuring that commercial interests do not compromise editorial standards.

  • Assisting in communication with editors and reviewers regarding ethical issues.

  • Preserving the integrity of the academic record by issuing corrections, clarifications, retractions, or expressions of concern when necessary.


Plagiarism Policy

All submitted manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using appropriate plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, either in part or in full, will be rejected or retracted in accordance with the journal’s policies.


Handling of Ethical Misconduct

In cases of suspected ethical misconduct, Journal will follow COPE guidelines to investigate and resolve the issue fairly and transparently. Appropriate corrective actions will be taken depending on the severity of the misconduct.
