Author Guidelines

1. General Information

Journal is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes original scholarly works focusing on interdisciplinary studies of Pancasila values. The journal accepts manuscripts that have not been previously published or are not under consideration elsewhere.


2. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles

  • Conceptual or Theoretical Papers

  • Case Studies

  • Critical Reviews (by invitation or prior approval)


3. Language

Manuscripts must be written in English using clear, academic, and professional language. Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally edited prior to submission.


4. Manuscript Length

  • Research Articles: 6,000–8,000 words, including references

  • Conceptual Papers: 5,000–7,000 words

  • Reviews: 4,000–6,000 words


5. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be prepared in the following order:

  1. Title

    • Concise, informative, and reflective of the manuscript content

  2. Author(s) Information

    • Full name(s), institutional affiliation(s), country

    • Corresponding author’s email address

  3. Abstract

    • 150–250 words

    • Clearly states objectives, methods, main findings, and conclusions

  4. Keywords

    • 3–5 keywords, separated by semicolons

  5. Introduction

    • Background, research problems, objectives, and significance

  6. Literature Review / Theoretical Framework

  7. Methodology (for empirical studies)

  8. Results and Discussion

  9. Conclusion

    • Summary of findings and implications

  10. Acknowledgments (optional)

  11. References


6. Formatting Guidelines

  • Manuscript format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)

  • Font: Book Antiqua, size 12

  • Line spacing: 1.15

  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

  • Tables and figures should be numbered and titled clearly


7. Citation and References

  • The journal uses APA Style (7th Edition) for in-text citations and references.

  • All sources cited in the text must appear in the reference list and vice versa.

  • Authors are encouraged to use reference management software (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote).


8. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics policy.

  • Any conflicts of interest must be clearly disclosed.

  • Research involving human subjects must follow ethical research standards.


9. Plagiarism Policy

  • All manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism.

  • The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%, excluding references.


10. Peer Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.

  • Editorial decisions are based on reviewers’ recommendations.


11. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS).

  • Authors must register and log in before submitting their manuscripts.

  • All correspondence regarding submissions will be conducted via the OJS platform.


12. Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.

  • Published articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY), unless otherwise stated.
